Peach Compote Tart

I made this tart using in-season peaches. The custard cream is made in the microwave, so it's really easy.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Custard Cream

Peach compote
1/2-1 peach (Refer to Recipe ID: 2312786).
Tart crusts
Peach jam

Mint leaves
a few leaves


1. Make the custard cream in the microwave. After it cools, put it in the refrigerator until well chilled.
2. Make the peach compote. After it cools, put it in the refrigerator to chill. Recipe ID: 2312786
3. Wipe off the juices from the peach compote and cut it into eighths. I used a large peach. If you are using a smaller one, cut it into sixths.
4. Fill the tarts with custard cream and top with the peach compote from Step 3. Brush on the peach jam.

I made peach compote, so I decided to use it to make tarts. They're also good with fresh peaches.
