Crispy and Delicious Tofu Omelet

This baked tofu is brimming with ingredients.

Ingredients: 1 tofu omelet

Tofu
150 g
Carrot
1/2
Green pepper
1/2
Hijiki seaweed (dried)
1 g
Egg
1
Seasoning ingredients
Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
Sake
1 tablespoon
Mirin
1/2 tablespoon
Sugar
1 teaspoon

Steps

1. Reconstitute the hijiki with water. Mince the vegetables. Heat the vegetables in the microwave.
2. Without using oil, crumble the tofu into a frying pan and cook until the moisture evaporates.
3. Add the vegetables and hijiki to Step 2. Lightly cook.
4. Beat the egg in a bowl. Add Step 3 and the flavoring ingredients and mix together well.
5. Heat oil in a frying pan and pour in Step 4. Once it begins to harden, neaten the shape.
6. Once the bottom has cooked, flip it over and cook the other side to finish.
