Easy Salmon Meunière with Tartare Sauce

Make this easily with ingredients you have on hand! No sugar added.

Ingredients: 2 servings

King salmon, fresh salmon or cod
2 pieces
Salt and pepper
to taste
Flour (cake flour)
as needed
Oil for pan frying (grapeseed, vegetable etc.)
1 tablespoon
5 to 10 g
Tartar sauce

Onions (finely chopped)
1/8 of an onion
Parsley (dried parsley is fine)
just a little for color!!
2 tablespoons
Lemon (or Italian dressing)
1 teaspoon
Side vegetables
about 5 cm
Snow peas
10 to 15 pods
Boiling water

1. Salt and pepper and the salmon, and dust lightly with flour.
2. Spread the oil in a frying pan, and put in the flour dusted salmon.
3. Cover with a lid, and cook over low heat until the salmon is browned on one side.
4. Turn the salmon over, and brown the other side. Drop the butter into the pan. That's it. I believe in keeping cooking easy and delicious!!
5. To make the tartare sauce, finely chop the boiled egg, onion and parsley, and mix with mayonnaise and lemon. Use as much as you like!

I restricted the amount of butter (which is animal fat) used as much as possible in this recipe.
Transform your regular meunière a bit more luxurious.
