Great for Halloween! The Best Kabocha Squash Cake

This is an easy and delicious kabocha squash cake.

Ingredients: 2 ~ 3 servings

Kabocha squash (Japanese pumpkin)
4 tablespoons
Flour (cake flour)
3 tablespoons
20 g


1. Microwave the kabocha squash for 5 minutes. <Strain> or <blend> to make it into a paste.
2. Combine the eggs and sugar in a bowl. Add the kabocha squash paste.
3. Add the cake flour, and mix well with a mixer.
4. Put it in a preheated oven at 180℃/355℉, and bake for 60 minutes. Let cool and and it's already done!
