Microwave the kabocha squash for 5 minutes. <Strain> or <blend> to make it into a paste.
Combine the eggs and sugar in a bowl. Add the kabocha squash paste.
Add the cake flour, and mix well with a mixer.
Put it in a preheated oven at 180℃/355℉, and bake for 60 minutes. Let cool and and it's already done!

Kabocha squash was on sale at the supermarket. I came up with this recipe because I wanted to make enjoyable sweets for my family with it. The kabocha's simple sweetness and richness made this cake recipe very popular.
