★ Chicken Tenders and Komatsuna Namul! ★

Ingredients: 2-3 servings

Chicken tenderloin
300 g
Komatsuna
1 bunch
Sesame oil
2 tablespoons
Salt
1/2 teaspoon
Soy sauce
a small amount
Sake
a little
Ground sesame seeds
to taste

Steps

1. Lightly drizzle sake over the chicken tenders and microwave for about 5 minutes. Cut the komatsuna greens into 5 cm pieces and blanch in salted water.
2. Add the sesame oil, salt, soy sauce, sake, and ground sesame seeds to a bowl and mix. Add the chicken tenders and komatsuna greens and mix well to combine.

Spinach is expensive, so I decided to try making namul using komatsuna greens instead!
