Cured Ham & Watermelon

An appetizer to enjoy the refreshing texture of watermelon.

Ingredients: 2-3 servings

Cured ham
5 slices
10 bite-sized pieces
Olive oil
a little
Black pepper
a pinch


1. Chop the watermelon into bite-sizes and remove the seeds. Halve the cured ham into lengthwise strips.
2. Wrap the watermelon with the cured ham and align on a serving dish. Chill well in the fridge.
3. Serve with lots of black pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. Enjoy!
