Easy Tartar Sauce

Simple is best. This tartar sauce has no sugar, which makes it healthy!!

Ingredients: 3 servings

Boiled eggs
Onion (minced)
a small amount
Parsley (minced or dried)
to taste
2 tablespoons
Lemon juice (or Italian dressing)
1 teaspoon


1. Put the yolks of the boiled egg into a bowl and use a fork to mash them up. Use a knife to mince the egg whites. Recipe ID: 2309936.
2. Put all of the ingredients into the bowl with the egg yolk and mix everything together while mashing the yolk. It's done.
3. It's convenient to buy a bag of minced parsley and keep it stored in the freezer (Recipe ID: 2289580) so that you don't have to mince it.
4. My friend suggested seasoning it with salt and pepper. I like a mildly salty and sweet taste, but if you want to add salt and pepper, go for it!!

I used lemon juice, but if you have fresh lemon, you should use it!!
If you don't have lemon juice or fresh lemon, you can use Italian dressing.
