Tuna and Avocado Poke

Feel as though you've taken a trip to Hawaii with this easy dish!

Ingredients: 4 servings

Maguro (lean tuna, sashimi quality)
1 block
White sesame seeds
to taste
Soy sauce
20 ml
Sesame oil
2 tablespoons
as desired
Lemon juice
1 tablespoon


1. Cut the tuna into bite-sized pieces.
2. Add the soy sauce, wasabi, and sesame oil to the cut tuna and mix. Season the tuna and it's done.
3. Cut the avocado into bite-sized pieces. First, cut in half lengthwise, then peel with your hands.
4. Add the cut avocado to the marinade in Step 2, mix, and finally top with lemon juice and sesame seeds to finish.
