Katsu Rice Bowl with Japanese Worcestershire-style Sauce

Do you know there is a katsu sauce rice bowl? It doesn't even need an egg because it's coated in sauce. You can put it on shredded cabbage! It's for people who don't have Worcestershire sauce so they can make this, too!


Pork loin cutlet
2 small
1/4 small
Plain cooked rice
1 rice cooker cup's worth (180 ml uncooked)
○Japanese Worcestershire-Style Sauce (tonkatsu sauce)
2 tablespoons
○Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon
50 ml


1. Shred the cabbage and soak it in water.
2. Add all the ○ ingredients to a pot.
3. Bring it to a boil!
4. This is a simple roasted pork cutlet. Gently heat it up in a microwave. Of course, you can use fillets or chicken.
5. It's delicious either bite-sized or uncut! Dip it in sauce.
6. Marinate it!
7. Put the well drained cabbage on top of the rice.
