Quick Enoki Mushroom & Carrot Stir-Fry

This is way too easy! But it's so addicting. And also cheap to make!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Enoki mushrooms
1 packet
Carrot
1/2
Sake
3 tablespoons
Soy sauce
1 teaspoon
Dashi soy sauce
1 tablespoon
Sugar
2 teaspoons
Olive oil
as needed

Steps

1. Remove the stem from the enoki mushrooms. Cut the carrot into long thin strips.
2. Heat oil in the frying pan. Add the carrots and cook well. When the carrots have cooked through, add the enoki mushrooms.
3. Flavor with the ingredients listed and stir-fry until the liquid evaporates.
