Soy Milk Pudding

I made a cold sweet without using a stove on a hot day.
It's soft, creamy and delicious.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Processed soy milk
300 ml
Water
50 ml
Gelatin powder
5 g
Honey (or sugar)
3 tablespoons

Steps

1. Soak gelatin in water.
2. Add 150 ml of soy milk to a bowl, and microwave for 2 minutes.
3. Add honey and gelatin from Step 1 to Step 2, and mix well with a whisk. Add the remaining soy milk, and mix some more.
4. Pour it into a container, chill in the fridge to harden, then it's done.

Story Behind this Recipe

I used to make soy milk pudding in a pot. But I tried making it in a microwave to reduce the amount of dishes and to omit using a stove.
