Handy Freezable White Sauce

If you make a lot of white sauce in advance and freeze it, it'll come in handy.

1. Make the white sauce. Refer to Recipe ID: 618938 .
2. When the sauce has cooled down, pour it into a container and put it in the fridge.
3. When it has hardened, cut it into four pieces and wrap. Put the pieces in a Ziploc freezer bag, and remove the air before sealing. Place the bag on a tray and put it in the freezer.
4. Let it defrost naturally or in the microwave when you want to use it.
