Story Behind this Recipe
I'm on a diet, so I've been researching ways to make food with diet-friendly okara. I switched my breakfast to these cookies and soy milk or vegetable juice, and lost 4 kg in only a month. You won't get tired with these cookies since the cheese-flavor is so tasty.
Be careful not to burn yourself when mixing the warm okara. Feel it with your hands and let it cool as you mix. Though, if it cools down too much, it won't mix with the cheese. If you don't mind the calories, you can add a bit more cheese to make the dough much easier to handle and the cookies a lot .
