Silken Tofu & Ground Meat Korean Soup

This soup contains vegetables for a highly nourishing meal.

Ingredients: 2 heaping servings

Silken tofu
1 block
Ground pork
50 g
Carrot (finely chopped)
1/2 small
about 40 g
Ginger (minced)
1 piece
●Chinese soup stock
600 ml
1/2 tablespoons ~ your choice
●Garlic powder
2 shakes
Salt and pepper
a small amount
Sesame oil to finish
1/2 teaspoon
Katakuriko slurry
a small amount

1. Parboil the spinach and wring out the water. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
2. Use a non-stick pot. Cook the ground pork while breaking it apart (you don't need to use oil).
3. When the meat is cooked, add the ginger and carrot and sauté lightly.
4. Add the ● ingredients and bring to a boil. Once boiling add the broken up tofu and use the bottom of a ladle to lightly crumble the ingredients.
5. Add the spinach and simmer for 3-5 minutes. Skim off any scum that forms.
6. Adjust the taste with salt and pepper. Add the katakuriko mixed with water to form a thick sauce.
7. Pour in the beaten egg and heat until it becomes fluffy. Drop in some sesame oil, lightly stir it up, and enjoy.
