Yellow Peach Almond Cream Tart

Almond cream is perfect for crispy tart crusts! This is truly an easy recipe.

Ingredients: 20 cm tart

Tart crust

Almond cream
65 g
Powdered sugar
75 g
Almond flour
90 g
Canned peaches
4 halves


1. The tart crust is at Recipe ID: 2287675.
2. Bring the butter to room temperature and mix together with the powdered sugar until fluffy.
3. Add the beaten egg to Step 2 a little at a time, mixing well with each addition.
4. Add the almond flour to Step 3 and use a rubber spatula to mix until no longer powdery. Preheat the oven to 180℃.
5. Pour the almond cream into the tart crust from Step 1 and smooth the surface. Arrange the sliced peaches on top.
6. Place the tart from Step 5 on a baking sheet and bake in an oven at 180℃ for 45 minutes.
