Easy Lemon Sugar Cookies

These cookies are trending all over the world. The sourness of the lemon is coated in the sweetness of powdered sugar.


Cake flour
120 g
* Butter
40 g
* Sugar
30 g
* Lemon juice
1 tablespoon
* Milk
2 tablespoons
Powdered sugar (granulated sugar)
as needed


1. Mix all the * ingredients in the order listed. Add the cake flour and fold in with a spatula using a cutting motion.
2. Shape the dough into a stick and wrap in plastic. Let sit in the freezer for 30 minutes.
3. Cut the cookie dough into 5 mm thick pieces. Align on a baking tray and sprinkle some powdered sugar. Bake for 14-16 minutes at 180℃.
4. Let the cookies cool and enjoy (please adjust baking temperature and time to your oven).
