Pork-Wrapped Okra

These are salty-sweet okra pork slice wraps -- everyone's favorite!

Sliced pork back ribs (pork loin)
10 slices
Salt and pepper
a small amount
as needed
●Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon
●Sake (optional)

1. Wash the okra and remove the tops. Sprinkle the pork slices with salt and pepper.
2. Wrap the okra with pork and then sprinkle with katakuriko.
3. Heat oil in a pan and cook through Step 2. (Don't touch them often at first.) While cooking, combine the seasonings.
4. Once the pork is cooked, soak up any excess oil with a paper towel and then pour in the ● ingredients. Once the pork is covered with the sauce, it's done!
5. It's perfect in a bento.
