Manila Clams Steamed With Soy Sauce and Butter You May Run Out of Rice

Ingredients: 2 servings

Manila clams (de-sand )
1 package
Sake
2 tablespoons
Soy sauce
1~2 teaspoons
Butter
1-2 teaspoons
Chopped young green scallions
as much as you like

Steps

1. Put the de-sanded and well rinsed clams in a pot. Sprinkle with sake, and cook until the shells open up.
2. Add the soy sauce and butter, and turn off the heat. Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with chopped scallions, and enjoy!
