Octopus and Cucumber Marinated in Garlic, Ginger, and Soy Sauce

Just cut and marinate. This 5-minute recipe is great for an easy snack or as a side dish. Even though it's easy, my hubby loves this dish.

Story Behind this Recipe

At the supermarket, I found marinated octopus and cucumber in the deli aisle and thought I could make it by myself! So, imagining the taste, I made it.
It's easy, but my husband really likes it, so decided to post this recipe.
