[Simple and Nutritious] Tofu Steak with Thick Sauce

Here's a firm tofu steak with chicken breast in sweet and savory sauce. 436 kcal per serving.

Ingredients: 1 large serving

Firm tofu
1 block
as needed
Thick sauce:
Ground chicken breast
80 g plus
★Soy sauce
4 teaspoons
1 tablespoon
1 teaspoon
2 teaspoons
1 teaspoon
1 tablespoon


1. Combine the ★ ingredients.
2. Cover the tofu with a paper towel and pat-dry.
3. Coat all sides of the tofu evenly with katakuriko.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan and grill the tofu until both sides are browned. Make sure to grill all sides.
5. After the tofu is evenly browned, transfer to a serving dish.
6. Spread a modest amount of oil in the frying pan. Add ground meat and cook as you stir continuously.
7. Add the ★ condiments and mix with the meat as you evaporate the alcohol. You only need to heat it briefly.
8. Dissolve katakuriko in water and drizzle into the pan. It's ready to serve when translucent.
9. Pour the sauce over the tofu steak and enjoy.
