That Soup that Comes with Fried Rice at Ramen Shops

Well at a ramen shop, it's just ramen soup. But at home you can't be bothered to make ramen soup. So this is what I make instead!

Ingredients: 1 serving

Boiling water
260 ml
Weipa
1 teaspoon
Soy sauce
1 teaspoon
Sake
1 teaspoon
Japanese leek (very thinly sliced)
1/4
White pepper
A lot

Steps

1. Dissolve the soup stock paste, soy sauce and sake in boiling water.
2. Add lots of white pepper and the leek. Done!
3. The key is the amount of soy sauce you add. Try 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons at first and add more if needed, ok?

Story Behind this Recipe

That soup that comes with fried rice at a ramen shops.
I tried many recipes, and this is the one I came up with at the end. I drew upon the wisdom of those who came before me, and still made it my own.
This soup is perfect with fried rice. If you're serving it with beef bowl make it less salty. Just adjust the amount of hot water depending on your main dish, ok?
