Chilled Avocado Cream Pasta

This is dedicated to all avocado-lovers out there! This is a cold and creamy avocado and shrimp pasta.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Pasta (dried, thin type)
60-80 g
Avocado cream
Avocado
1/4
Cream cheese
20 g
Milk
80 ml
Olive oil
1/2 tablespoon
Garlic (grated)
1 clove
High quality salt
1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper
to taste
Pasta marinade
Shrimp
50 g
Tomato (medium size)
1/2
Avocado
1/4
High quality salt
to taste
Black pepper
to taste
Lemon juice
1 teaspoon
Olive oil
1/2 tablespoon
Grated cheese
1 tablespoon (or more)
Basil leaves
5 leaves (or more)

Steps

1. Devein the shrimp and boil. Cut the tomato and avocado into 1.5 cm pieces. Boil the pasta, rinse and drain well.
2. Put all the marinade ingredients in a bowl and marinate for a short time. Then add the pasta and toss. See the hints about adjusting the saltiness to taste.
3. Put all the avocado cream ingredients in a blender and mix well. You can use a mixer as well.
4. When it becomes creamy,
5. transfer the sauce to a plate,
6. and top with the marinated pasta.
7. Mix the pasta and sauce together before enjoying it!
