Authentic Crab and Tomato Cream Pasta

This is easy... but the taste is authentic and delicious! You can soak up the sauce with a baguette.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Long pasta
About 150 g
Chopped tomatoes (store bought variety)
About 300 to 350 g
Heavy cream
200 ml
Soup stock cube
Canned crabmeat
1 can
Marmalade (or jam)
1 tablespoon
Parsley (dried is OK)
A small amount
1 clove
Olive oil
1 tablespoon


1. Use the broth in the canned crabmeat.
2. Crush and mince the garlic. Fry the garlic in olive oil.
3. When the garlic is fried, add the whole can of crabmeat and mix with the oil.
4. Add the tomatoes, soup stock cube, marmalade, and simmer until the tomatoes have fallen apart. Boil the pasta as the sauce simmers.
5. When the tomatoes have melted in the broth, add heavy cream.
6. Add the cooked pasta, mix together swiftly and it's done. (
7. Transfer to serving plates, sprinkle chopped parsley and serve!
