Natto & Mizuna Salad

Natto & Mizuna Salad

Just chop and mix for this simple salad.

Ingredients: 1-2 servings

Mizuna greens
1 bundle (about 1/4 of a bag)
1 pack
Imitation crab sticks
1 tablespoon
*Japanese mustard (tubed)
+1 cm
1/2 tablespoon
✿Sesame seeds, shredded nori, thinly sliced Japanese leek, etc.
to taste


1. Wash the mizuna and cut into bite-sized pieces. Mix the natto with the included sauce. Combine the * ingredients.
2. Tear the imitation crab sticks apart. Refer to Recipe ID: 1929401 "How to Quickly Shred Imitation Crab Sticks" for details.
3. Combine everything together.
4. And it's already done. Optionally, add sesame seeds or nori as a topping.

So I thought of something to use natto, a favorite of mine with ingredients that I already had on hand.
