Easy Cookie/Biscuit Tart Crust

Just use a food processor to finely mince the cookies and pack into a deep plate rather than a tart dish.

Ingredients: 20 cm plate

Biscuits or cookies
80 g
40 g


1. Put the biscuits or cookies into a food processor and pulverise into fine crumbs.
2. You want to use 1 part butter to 2 parts crumbs. Mix the butter and the crumbs together. Margarine is too soft and the tart will crumble apart easily, so use butter.
3. I don't have a tart dish so I used a deep plate covered in plastic wrap. Tightly pack down the crumbs into the plate and then chill in the refrigerator.
