Money Saving & Low Calorie! Steamed Pork and Bean Sprouts

Easy! Healthy! Refreshing! But filling!
It's a perfect accompaniment to rice.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Bean sprouts
1 - 2 bags
Thinly sliced pork
5 - 6 slices (to taste)
Salt and pepper
a small amount
Green onion or scallion
to taste
Ponzu
to taste

Steps

1. Place the bean sprouts in a large frying pan that has a lid. Neatly spread out the pork slices and place on top of the bean sprouts.
2. Season with a little salt and pepper, cover with the lid, and steam until the pork hsd cooked through.
3. Arrange on a dish, pour on some ponzu and top with green onion to finish.
