Thinly sliced beef
350g
Chinese chives
1 bunch
Egg

Chinese soup stock
1/2 teaspoon
Soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon
Katakuriko
as needed

Steps

1. Dust the pork with katakuriko and sauté in a pan.
2. Once the pork is browned, add the chives (cut into bite-sized pieces) and continue sautéing.
3. Push the ingredients to the edges of the pan, and pour the beaten egg in the center.
4. While frying the egg, incorporate the surrounding ingredients. Add Chinese flavoring and soy sauce to taste.
5. Arrange on a platter and serve.
