Easy Shortbread With Margarine

You only need 4 ingredients to make this lightly salted, crunchy shortbread.

Ingredients

Cake flour
120g
Margarine
60g
Sugar
30g
Salt
a small amount

Steps

1. Let the margarine return to room temperature and combine it with the sugar in a bowl and mix well. Cut in the flour. Tip: Don't knead it.
2. Wrap it in plastic and form into a 1.2cm-thick stick. Let it sit in the fridge for 30 minutes.
3. Cut crosswise into rectangles and pierce with a fork to make holes. Transfer to a baking tray and lightly sprinkle with salt.
4. Bake in a 150℃ oven for 30 minutes. When the underside has slightly browned, let them cool and then they are done.

I received a request for a shortbread recipe. I made it simply with margarine. It's not overly sweet, so even people without sweet tooths can enjoy it too.
