Soy Milk with Cocoa, Black Sesame and Banana

This recipe is also rich in fibre, polyphenols, and sesame lingan, all of which are good for your skin and increase your metabolism.

Ingredients

Banana

★ Cocoa powder (unsweetened)
1 teaspoon
★ Ground black sesame seeds
1 teaspoon
★ Grated ginger
1/3 teaspoon
Soy milk
150 to 180 ml
If you need to use up green vegetable powder
★ Green vegetable powder
3 g

Steps

1. Break apart the banana, put it in a glass, then mash it with a small whisk (I got mine at a dollar store).
2. There! It's puréed in no time at all.
3. Add all of the ★ ingredients, mix well, add soy milk, then mix and serve.

Story Behind this Recipe

This is actually something I came up with to use up the last of my green vegetable powder.
So, I always add it to this nutrient-rich drink.
