Kiwi, Honey, Cinnamon, Black Vinegar Soy Milk Smoothie

This drink contains kiwi, which is packed with vitamin C and cinnamon, which has anti-aging properties.

Ingredients

Kiwi (I use golden kiwi)

*Honey
1 tablespoon
*Cinnamon
1/3 teaspoon
*Black Vinegar
1 scant teaspoon
Soy milk
150 - 180 ml
If you have leftover green vegetable powder
(* Green vegetable powder)
(3 g)

Steps

1. Cut the kiwi in half, scoop the flesh out with a spoon and put in a glass.
2. Mash it with a small whisk (I bought mine at the 100 yen shop).
3. Add all the ingredients marked * and mix. Finally, add the soy milk, mix well, and it's done.
