Wash the komatsuna and chop it roughly into 4 cm pieces. I just tear the bunches with my hands.
Put all the ingredients in a mixer and switch it on! (Peel the banana first).
When the komatsuna has broken down into very fine pieces, it's done.

I put on weight when I stopped breastfeeding, so I started drinking green smoothies. Everyone from kids to adults can enjoy this smoothie.
Make this with whatever veggies you have in your fridge. Add bok choy, parsley and other greens if you like. I drink this in the mornings instead of breakfast! It contains banana and soy milk, so it is more filling than normal green smoothies.
