This smoothie contains simple ingredients and is great for dieters. Drink it in the morning and it will keep you feeling surprisingly full. It contains iron-rich komatsuna!

Ingredients: 2 servings

1 - 2 bunches
Soy milk, milk, or water
200 ml plus


1. Wash the komatsuna and chop it roughly into 4 cm pieces. I just tear the bunches with my hands.
2. Put all the ingredients in a mixer and switch it on! (Peel the banana first).
3. When the komatsuna has broken down into very fine pieces, it's done.
