This is made from only 3 ingredients!
This is so simple, but it's like a yogurt smoothie!

Ingredients: makes approximately 400 ml

Plums (such as Ooishiwase plums)
around 4
Avocado
1/2
Bananas
1-2

Steps

1. Cut up the ingredients, and blend in a blender until smooth. There isn't any water added, so if it isn't moving around inside, just shake the mixer.

I make smoothies every morning with seasonal fruit, and this is a recipe that I discovered.
The avocado and bananas add a creamy and soft texture, but adding plums makes it taste like yogurt!
