Stir Fried Pork and Onion with Gochujang

The richly flavoured spicy gochujang goes well with pork and sweetness from onions.


Thinly sliced pork belly
200 g
2 tablespoons
♡Salt and pepper
as needed
2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
1 and 1/2 tablespoons
★Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon
Sesame oil (1 tablespoon for seasoning)
2 to 3 tablespoons
Ground sesame seeds
as needed


1. Peel the onion, cut it half, and slice.
2. Coat the pork with ♡ ingredients.
3. Mix the ★ ingredients well in a bowl.
4. Heat a pan with sesame oil. Sauté the onion over medium heat.
5. Add the pork. When they have browned, add the mixed ★ ingredients, and pour the sesame oil.
6. Serve to a plate, and sprinkle in the ground sesame seeds. It's done.
