Banana and Black Vinegar Soy Milk Smoothie

A smoothie that's rich in essential amino acids and will boost metabolism and improve your skin. Plus you don't need to pull out a blender to make this!


1 small
☆ Black Vinegar
1 - 2 teaspoons
☆ Brown sugar (powdered) or honey
1 teaspoon - 1 tablespoon
☆ Cinnamon (optional)
(1/2 teaspoon)
Soy milk
150 - 180 ml
In summer, use a frozen banana for a smoothie-like texture


1. Break the banana into small pieces and put into a glass. Mash with a small whisk. (I bought my whisk at the 100 yen-shop.)
2. It becomes purée really quickly.
3. Add all the ingredients marked ☆ to the glass and mix well. Finally, add the soy milk, give it a stir, and it's done.

Story Behind this Recipe

My younger sister was addicted to brown sugar and black vinegar soy milk drinks, so I tried drinking them too. Once I added banana and cinnamon, I started to drink them more often.
I couldn't find a similar recipe, so I uploaded it.
