Soy Milk Okara Cookies

I make these cookies when I'm on a diet Even if you eat the whole lot, you'll consume less than 100 calories! Enjoy with a drink for a nice, full feeling.

Ingredients: 8 cookies

Fresh okara
50 g
Soy milk (unprocessed)
1 tablespoon
Honey
1/2 tablespoon

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well by hand until everything is evenly combined.
2. Divide the dough into 8 pieces and roll them into rounds. Shape the rounds by gently pressing down on them.
3. Bake them at 180°C for 18-20 minutes to finish.
4. Note: If you don't eat these with a drink, your mouth might start to feel a bit dry.
