Stir-Fried Komatsuna and Shimeji Mushooms with Oyster Sauce

I recommend this dish for post-natal moms You can make this easy stir-fry with oyster sauce in 15 minutes! You can eat a lot of komatsuna as well.

Ingredients: 3-4 servings

Pork (thinly sliced)
200 g
Komatsuna
1 bunch
Shimeji mushrooms
1 packet
☆Seasoning ingredients:
Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
Oyster sauce
1 teaspoon

Steps

1. Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces. Cut the stems off the shimeji mushrooms, and separate each of the mushrooms.
2. Cut the komatsuna into 3-4 cm wide pieces, and wash in water.
3. Add 1 tablespoon of oil into a frying pan, and stir-fry the pork over high heat.
4. When it's cooked through, add the stem parts of komatsuna, and shimeji mushrooms, and continue stir-frying for 2-3 minutes.
5. Add the leaves of komatsuna.
6. When the komatsuna becomes soft and wilted, add the ☆ seasoning ingredients and mix it all together. Then you're all done!
