Low-Calorie Banana, Chocolate & Tofu Cake

This is an easy-to-make sweet where you take tofu, mix it in, and then bake it. This is very healthy because it's non-oil and uses no butter.

Ingredients: 15 cm round cake

☆Silken tofu
150 g (1/2 block)
☆Egg
1
☆Sugar
50-70 g
☆Vanilla oil (if you have it)
7 drops
*Cake flour
100 g
*Cocoa powder
20 g
*Baking powder
3 g
Ripe bananas
1-2

Steps

1. Mix together the ☆ ingredients (in order) till smooth.
2. With cutting motions, mix together the * ingredients with a spatula. Then mix in the mashed bananas with the backside of a fork.
3. Coat a mold with oil and then bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 180℃. Cover with a moistened and tightly wrung out towel, and then with some plastic wrap and let it cool. Store it in the refrigerator.
