Our All-in-One Sauce For Yaki-niku or Grilled Vegetables

This is my favorite all-in-one sauce that goes well with grilled veggies or meat.
I adjusted the recipe for easy measuring using a single tablespoon.

Ingredients: An easy-to-make proportion

Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
Oyster sauce
1/2 tablespoon
Sake
1 tablespoon
Mirin
1 tablespoon
Honey
1 tablespoon
Sesame oil
1/2 tablespoon
Garlic (tubed)
2 cm (1 teaspoon)
Toasted white sesame seeds
1 tablespoon

Steps

1. Combine all ingredients in a heat-resistant dish, and microwave. That's it!
