Parisienne Sandwich Ham and Cheese

I made sandwiches using French bread They'll make your breakfasts rather luxurious.

Ingredients: 2 sandwiches

Easy Bread Maker Petit Soft Baguettes (Recipe ID: 2271533)
2 rolls
4 slices
Sliced cheese (Gouda would be great)
2 slices
Mayonnaise, mustard
to taste
about 1 leaf
to taste


1. Mix mayonnaise and mustard together to taste, to make the mayo-mustard.
2. Cut through the side of the bread rolls so they can be made into sandwiches.
3. Fold 2 slices of ham in half and place into a roll.
4. Cut the sliced cheese in half and place the halves on top of the ham.
5. Spread with mayo-mustard.
6. Put 1/2 a lettuce leaf on top.
7. Squeeze some mayonnaise on top of the lettuce.
8. Make one more like the first, and you're done.

Story Behind this Recipe

My hubby has loved Parisienne sandwiches (with boneless ham and cheese) for a long time.
I can't make brick oven baked bread like the one's at Family Mart but I used homemade soft French rolls and ingredients I had on hand to make these.
