Crunchy & Slightly Sweet Cinnamon Cookies

These slightly sweet wheat and cinnamon cookies are crunchy and have a lovely scent! They're easy and ready to bake in 5 minutes!

Ingredients: About seven 6-7 cm diameter cookies

Cake flour
100 g
1-3 teaspoons
20 g
Salted butter
30 g
2 tablespoons


1. Melt the butter in the microwave (about 20 seconds) and then mix in the sugar.
2. Mix in the milk.
3. Mix in the cinnamon. I love cinnamon, so I used 2 teaspoons.
4. Add the flour and mix until no longer powdery, but don't over mix it. You don't need to sift the flour.
5. It should look like this.
6. Sandwich the dough between plastic wrap and roll out to 3-4 mm thickness. Cut out cookies with your preferred cookie cutters.
7. Bake in an oven heated to 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
8. All done!

Story Behind this Recipe

I'm not a fan of sweets, so I reduced the sweetness. The crunchiness and light sweetness are addictive. This is a simple and quick cookie recipe.
