Miso Soup with Tofu and Leeks

This is your standard miso soup with tofu and leeks, but it is delicious.


Silken tofu
as needed
as needed
Dashi stock
400 ml
2 tablespoons


1. Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces. Slice the leek diagonally.
2. Pour the dashi stock into a pot, and turn on the heat. Bring to a boil, add the tofu, and simmer for about 1 minute.
3. Dissolve in the miso, add the leek, simmer briefly, then it's done.
