Only Mix and Bake!! Matcha Cake with White Chocolate

This recipe uses heavy cream instead of butter, so you don’t have to melt or cream anything. Just mix all the ingredients together and bake!! How about making this on a busy morning?

Ingredients

① Egg

① Sugar
100 g
① Heavy Cream
100 g
② Cake flour
200 g
② Baking powder
1 teaspoon
② Matcha
3 teaspoons
White chocolate
To your liking

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 160℃. Meanwhile place the ingredients marked ① into a bowl and beat well with whisk.
2. Add the ingredients marked ② into Step 1, and then combine well.
3. Add small chopped white chocolate and fold lightly.
4. Transfer the cake mixture to a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven at 160℃ for 40 minutes.
5. Here it is!! Done! A beautiful green colour isn’t it?
