Chicken Tenders, Tomatoes, and Broccoli

An easy and healthy dish that you can whip up in 5 minutes.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Chicken tenders
5 or 6
Tomato
1 large
Broccoli
1/2 stalk
Salt and pepper
a small amount
Katakuriko
as needed
Soy sauce
1 teaspoon
Oyster sauce
1 tablespoon
Water
2 tablespoons
Olive oil
1 tablespoon

Steps

1. Boil the chicken tenders and cut into large bite-sized pieces. Coat in salt, pepper, and katakuriko.
2. Cu the tomatoes into wedges. Cut the broccoli into small pieces, and boil (or use frozen broccoli.)
3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, then lightly brown the surfaces of the chicken tenders from Step 1.
4. Add the Step 3 broccoli together with the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and water. Simmer for about 1 minute.
5. Add the tomatoes to Step 4, continue simmering for 2 or 3 minutes, and it's ready (be careful to simmer so that the tomatoes don't lose their shape).
