Breaded & Pan-Fried Chicken Tenders

These chicken tenders are cheap, easy, and only take 15 minutes to make. They're great as an accompaniment to drinks.


Chicken tenders
2 tablespoons
*Grated cheese
1 tablespoon
*Salt and pepper
a small amount
*Dried parsley, dried basil
a small amoun
*Mixed Spices
Olive oil (or vegetable oil)
3-4 tablespoons


1. Remove the sinew from the tenders. Cut slits into the meat, spread out, and flatten (as if butterflying them).
2. Combine the * ingredients and coat the chicken.
3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and pan-fry the chicken.
4. They're done.

Story Behind this Recipe

I copied a dish that an Italian chef made on TV and it was a huge hit with my family I couldn't remember all of the ingredients, but I just changed the spices and it came out really good, so this became one of my easy and delicious recipes.
