Fried Chicken Drumettes

Juicy chicken on the bone that are seasoned with salt, and think I could just keep on eating them!

Ingredients: 8 drumettes

Chicken drumettes

Katakuriko
5 tablespoons
Frying oil
as needed
Seasonings
Sake
1/2 tablespoon
Salt
1 teaspoon
Sugar
1 teaspoon
Soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon
Pepper
1/8 teaspoon
Grated garlic
from 1 clove
Ginger juice (or grated ginger)
1/2 teaspoon

Steps

1. Place the drumettes in a bowl and add all the seasoning ingredients. Coat the drumettes well with the seasonings and let sit for a while.
2. Add the katakuriko to the chicken and mix using chopsticks, and let stand for 1-2 minutes.
3. Heat oil for frying over a medium heat, add the drumettes and cook for 7-10 minutes.
