With the Tips from a Famous Restaurant! Delicious Pork Cutlets at Home

Why not try this tender and juicy restaurant-quality pork cutlet at home?

Ingredients

Pork loin sliced for cutlets
4 slices
Coarsely ground pepper
to taste
Grainy mustard
1/2 tablespoon per 1 slice
Tempura flour
100 g
Water
100 to 120 ml
White bread slice (fresh bread crumbs are the best)
as needed

Steps

1. Place the pork slices and bash both sides with the back of a knife to cut the sinews like in this photo.
2. Sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper. Spread mustard on each slice.
3. Dip in tempura flour dissolved in water and thickly coat with panko. If you have time, leave them to rest in the fridge at this stage.
4. Deep-fry until crispy golden.
