Tuna, Avocado & Natto Rice Bowl

A nutrients packed rice bowl that's low-cal for those watching their weight. A healthy bowl of macrobiotic goodness.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Sashimi grade tuna
140 g (1 pack)
Natto
1 pack
Avocado
1/2
Multi-grain rice
100 g
Soy sauce
to taste

Steps

1. Cut the tuna into cubes or slices, as you would for sashimi, and soak in a bowl of soy sauce.
2. Cube the avocado.
3. Add the multi-grain rice, tuna, avocado and natto to a bowl and serve.

Story Behind this Recipe

I made this with people who want to improve their skin and/or diet in mind. I used foods that contain Vitamin B2 to combat spots and dry skin, and Vitamin B6 to help prevent the accumulation of fat.
