Tender Chicken Breast and Cabbage Stir-Fry in Delicious Sauce

I made a stir-fry using the sauce from Recipe ID: 2127116.
It goes really well with chicken.

Ingredients: 3 servings

Chicken breasts
300 g
Cabbage
300 g (1/8)
※Salt and pepper
to taste
※Sake
1 tablespoon
※Katakuriko
2 tablespoons
※Grated garlic
1 teaspoon (or 2 cm from a store-bought tube)
*Honey
1 tablespoon
*Mirin
1 tablespoon
*Sake
1 tablespoon
*Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
*Oyster sauce
1/2 tablespoon
*Grated garlic
1 teaspoon (or 2 cm from a store-bought tube)
*Sesame oil
1/2 tablespoon
*Toasted white sesame seeds
1 tablespoon
Sesame oil
1 1/2 tablespoons

Steps

1. Remove the skin from the chicken breasts, and slice diagonally. Rub in the ※ ingredients and marinate for about 30 minutes.
2. Combine the * ingredients.
3. Roughly chop the cabbage.
4. Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan, and fry your chicken from Step 1 until golden brown.
5. Add the cabbage.
6. When the cabbage is coated with the oil, swirl in the * mixture and mix well. All done.
