Cut the cauliflower into desired sizes and boil briefly in hot water with salt (not listed) for 2 to 3 minutes.
Cut off the both ends of kiwi and peel the skin. Cut it into quarter slices.
Combine and mix ◎ in a bowl. It will stop separating and will thicken after a while.
Add the boiled cauliflower into the bowl from Step 3, let the dressing soak in, and arrange it on a serving dish with the kiwi.
Sprinkle cottage cheese (ricotta cheese) over it and it's done. I used some green vegetables in the photo.
There are many ways to make homemade cottage cheese and ricotta cheese, but my favorite is Turkish dish çökelek, made with yogurt.
Remaining cheese and boiled cauliflower can be wrapped with plastic wrap and stored in ziplock bags in the freezer.

Cauliflower & kiwi salad, filled with vitamin C which is essential for beautiful skin. I made this recipe because I wanted to eat them a lot together. It's been my family's favorite recipe for 10 years. My boys love it, too.
It also helps to relieve stress.
I recommend to keep the crunchy texture of cauliflower when you boil it. Mustard dressing is really tasty with the sweetness of the kiwi and sourness of the lemon. To speed up the process I use a store-bought tube for the garlic, but you can mince a clove of sautéed garlic instead.
