Honey Mustard Chicken

This chicken cooks up crispy. I saw this on TV and had to try it.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Chicken thighs
1/2 teaspoon
Olive oil
1 tablespoon
✿Whole grain mustard
2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
Coarsely ground black pepper
a small amount


1. Cut the thighs in half. Sprinkle with salt and set aside for 10 minutes.
2. Mix the ✿ ingredients to make the honey mustard sauce.
3. Fry the chicken skin side down first in olive oil until golden brown.
4. Once browned, remove the excess oil, lid and cook on low. It's done if the juices run clear when poked. Slice and serve.
5. Serve with the sauce and coarsely ground black pepper (optional).
