I fell in love with this when I saw it on TV. The show didn't give the ingredients or directions so I made them up.
Salt the chicken and set aside. Don't blot dry. Olive oil gives it a nice fragrance, but feel free to substitute it if you'd prefer something else. Let it cool a little bit before slicing up the meat.
